CrowAgent pricing is tiered to accommodate solo bid consultants up to enterprise public sector bidding teams.

AI credits explained
One AI credit corresponds to one full generation of an answer narrative. Compliance matrix parsing, TOMs scoring calculations, document viewing, and standard exports do not consume AI credits.
Subscription management
Account owners can upgrade plans or add seats anytime via Settings > Billing with instant activation.
The page opens on your plan and its one main action, for example Upgrade to Pro on Starter. A move up starts today and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A move down takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
One control on that page opens the Stripe billing portal: Invoices and card details, in the Payment and invoices section. Payment method, billing address, tax IDs and the full invoice history are all there. Invoices are also reachable from the Invoices row in the settings menu, which opens the same portal.
